Traveling on I-80 East To West:
Take Williamsport Exit 212 (Interstate 180) for about 27 miles. Take Basin Street Exit 26 off I-180. Proceed straight on Via Bella through three roundabouts and turn right onto Hepburn Street by Wegmans. Go one block to the red light and turn right onto West Third St. Go one block and the DEP office is on the left on the corner of West Third and William Streets.
OR
Take the Route 15 Exit North off I-80. Go about 20 miles to get to Williamsport. Follow the "Traveling on Route 15 South to North" directions below.
Traveling on I-80 West to East:
Take Lamar Exit 173. At the exit ramp stop sign, turn left onto Route 64 and proceed about six miles to Route 220 North, which is a right turn. Stay on Route 220 North for about 30 miles. Take Exit 27B, Hepburn Street and stay in the left hand exit lane, which is Hepburn Street. Proceed to the first red light and turn right onto Third Street. Go one block to the next light. The DEP office is on your left on the corner of West Third and William Streets.
Traveling On Route 15 South To North:
As you cross the Market Street Bridge (Route 15) into Williamsport, stay in the left-hand lane. Turn left at the third red light onto Fourth Street. Go to the second red light and turn left onto William Street. Proceed about half a block. The DEP office is on your right on the corner of West Third and William Streets.
Traveling On Route 15 North To South:
Follow the Route 15 South-Lewisburg signs carefully. Take exit 27B, Hepburn Street, and stay in the left hand exit lane, which is Hepburn Street. Proceed to the first red light and turn right onto Third Street. Go one block to the next light. The DEP office is on your left side on the corner of West Third and William Streets.
Parking:
On-street meter parking for a maximum of two hours is available around the office, but empty spaces may be difficult to find. There is a city parking deck on West Third Street on the right side of Third Street across from the Transit Center. There is also a very small surface lot directly behind the DEP office. Handicap parking is available in front of the building and in the small lot behind the office.

From State College/Lewistown And Points Southeast:
Follow Route 322 West through State College. Continue on Route 322 West towards Philipsburg. Two miles after the Philipsburg State Police Barracks, turn right onto Enterprise Drive at the Moshannon Valley Regional Business Park. Office is second building on the right.
From Altoona And Points South And West:
Follow Route 220 (I-99) to Route 350 (Bald Eagle Exit). Continue on Route 350 North to Philipsburg. At light, turn right onto Presqueisle Street, then merge right with Route 322 East. Proceed one mile up hill; turn left onto Enterprise Drive at the Moshannon Valley Regional Business Park. Office is second building on the right.
From Dubois And Points West:
Follow I-80 east to Exit 124 (Woodland). Turn right onto Route 970 South, then turn left onto Route 322 East at the light. Proceed through Philipsburg on Route 322 East, travel up the hill past the Philipsburg Country Club, turn left onto Enterprise Drive at the Moshannon Valley Regional Business Park. Office is second building on the right.
From Williamsport And Points Northeast
Follow Route 220 South through State College. At the light in Port Matilda, turn right onto Route 322 West. Continue on Route 322 West towards Philipsburg. Two miles after the Philipsburg State Police Barracks, turn left onto Enterprise Drive at the Moshannon Valley Regional Business Park. Office is second building on the right.

From I-81:
Take exit 185 onto the Central Scranton Expressway. Follow the Central Scranton Expressway to the Bank Towers building on the corner of Wyoming and Biden Streets. The office is located on the third floor. Parking is available across Biden Street.
