Podcast: Solar Energy Development in Pennsylvania: Sustainability, Financial, and Government Perspectives
Are Pennsylvania municipalities interested in solar energy? What barriers exist to increasing solar energy production, and how can they be removed? How can Pennsylvanians at
all socioeconomic levels enjoy the benefits of solar? Project participants Roger Clark, Professor Vera Cole, and Stacy Richards discuss these and other questions in an interview with the Pennsylvania Environmental Council’s Josh Raulerson. Clark is president of the Reinvestment Fund; Cole is chair of the online Energy and Sustainability Policy Program at Penn State; and Richards is founding director of the SEDA-COG Energy Resource Center.
