Pipeline Placement Report

Pipeline Placement Report to the Legislature:

Act 13 of 2012 charged the Governor's Energy Executive with delivering a report to the Legislature on pipeline placement. The report summarizes issues surrounding the placement of natural gas gathering lines and includes recommendations for the Legislature's consideration. On Dec. 11, 2012, the Governor's Energy Executive released the report, which can be viewed here.
