MCM 2: Public Involvement

Minimum Control Measure (MCM) #2 of the MS4 permit deals with Public Involvement/ Participation. There are three Best Management Practices (BMPs) within MCM #2. The following is a selection of resources for those seeking more information on MS4 permit requirements for MCM #2.
