The Department of Environmental Protection is extending the public comment period an additional 15 days for the Individual NPDES Permit Application No. PAD450168, I80-115 C-1, Site, LLC Project. I-80 – 115 C1, LLC of Stroudsburg, PA has applied for a National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System permit related to construction of six lots and warehouses along State Route 115 Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County. The facilities would be used for storage purposes.
