Oil and Gas e-permitting

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective January 1, 2021, this Office will discontinue the use of the eWell application and transition solely over to ePermitting.  While Operators, who have submitted their applications through eWell prior to this date, will still have access to complete their applications, Well Operators are highly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the ePermitting application by referencing the User Guides and Training Tools found within this page.

The Office of Oil and Gas Management has implemented its new e-permitting application for the electronic submission of ESCGP3 and well permit applications. Please refer to this webpage for the latest information regarding this application.
